The former cocoa Belt has been almost for two centuries the main area production area of cocoa and coffee in Côte d’Ivoire. Today with the crisis of coffee and cocoa, that area is in full agricultural property transfer due to the introduction of per durable culture and the development of the rice culture. The goal of this study is to seize the change of land reform of Daoukro following by the crisis of coffee and cocoa. The investigation led near some peasants of Daoukro and the documentary research show that the degradation of ecological condition and the resignation of State in that agricultural sector have brought the drop of acrees of coffee and cocoa and the fall of production. In some time, we observe more and more rising in agricultural land new durable culture (rubber tree, Cashew tree, palm tree) and the parcel of rice that participates to the total change of agricultural land and the change of exploitation system and social relation in Daoukro.Downloads
