THE IMPACT OF BUSINESS ETHICS IN THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE (IN THE CELLULAR COMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES OPERATING IN JORDAN)

This study aimed to identify the impact of business ethics in thecompetitive advantage in the cellular communications companies operatingin Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire wasdesigned to collect data and distribute it to Study Staff through polled asimple random sample of (192) of employees in managerial levels: Upper,middle and supervisors in cellular communications companies operating inJordan,, has been using the statistical package of Social Sciences (SPSS) Fordata analysis. Results of the study showed the presence a statisticallysignificant effect of business ethics (independence and objectivity, honesty,integrity, fairness and transparency) to achieve competitive advantage (costreduction, innovation and renewal) in the cellular communicationscompanies operating in Jordan.Downloads
