LA PARADOJA DEL MULTILATERALISMO EFICAZ A TRAVÉS DE LAS ASOCIACIONES ESTRATÉGICAS EN LA ACCIÓN EXTERIOR DE LA UNIÓN EUROPEA

Abstract

The present work turns concerning examining the concept and offer of multilateralism effectively in the exterior action of the European Union, which considers establishing an international order based on an effective multilateralism which tries to answer to the threats, markets and a half global, where the safety and prosperity of the European Union depends on a multilateral effective system. To be able to establish saying multilateralism effectively the European Union will must reinforce and work with other actors of the first international order. The instrument in order that it works said multilateralism effectively is across the development of strategic associations with certain countries of the international system, which play a role emphasized in his regions and out of her. For what an interesting paradox arises on having tried to work in a multilateralism to consolidate across the strategic association with some actors of the international system, which it has led to thinking over on the efficiency of the above mentioned strategy in the exterior action of the European Union.
