It is well known that the arrival of immigrant’s children into Spain has increased during the last decades. The application of the Spanish Protection Law to that kind of cases has several difficulties because of its economic reasons. In Spain, is has entry into force a new modification (2009) of the Immigration Law. Article 35 says that it is necessary to verify if it is possible the repatriation of the children to their origin countries. In every case, if they are more than 18 years old, they should have incomes to remain in Spain.Downloads
