Abstract

A criminological approach of the phenomenon of the hooligans makes it possible to show that those, after having illustrated itself in the marginality dissocial in the Nineties in Abidjan found many strategies of social adaptation. Thus, the companies of private safety, the religions revealed or the frequent periods of instability crossed by the Côte d' Ivoire variously contributed to their social adaptation. However, this social adaptation present of many uncertainties insofar as, these hooligans, strongly characterized by their past dissocial, evolve/move subtly with the liking of the sets of personal interests. They adopt a behavior alternated according to the nature of the continued interests. It results from this then from the unstable behaviors which result in many reserves issued on their account relative with their real social adaptation.
