The article deals with issues related to the stages and trends of the three countries that were part of the Russian Empire - Russian Empire as a basis, Finland as a relatively autonomous state in its composition as Estonia, Livonia and Georgia. Analyzes the characteristics of the economic model of the country, changes in the structure of the economy and the level of productivity, economic growth and development on the example of summarizing complex index of the level and dynamics Index economic freedom, Human Development Index, Global competiviness Index (GCI), Sustainability – adjustid GCI, Econimic knowlige index (EKI) , Easi of duing business index (EDI), Legatum prosperity index and others.Downloads
