This paper presents Senegal approach according HIV infection vulnerable populations particularly prevention men having sex with men (MSM) and the possible reasons for the turn around observed in the country and solutions proposed. The approach was therefore to have in ten days to Senegal, exchanges, discussions and visits to local partners involved in the prevention and care among MSM and advocacy of these populations. MSM Profile is very diverse and are found in different parts of the society body. It includes liabilities, penetrating or assets, versatile playing both roles simultaneously and bisexuals. There are also many MSM underground, usually people of third age. MSM effeminate are infrequent. MSM Sex Workers (SW) do their job in secret. Strategy noticed awareness remains “antennas†identification through which illegal and bisexual MSM happen to be affected. The turnaround observed in the 2000s have some reasons. They are religious, relating to a global context of homosexuality decriminalization, MSM movement activism and the role played by the media. Advocacy Actors suggest to prevent these situations, the dialogue with the religious, the creation of dialogue spaces, the search for allies and the clear message of the Ministry.Downloads
