Abstract

The objective of this research is to compare the strategies used by students of the BA in Psychology from the University of Sonora, along their training. The research design is longitudinal panel type. The sample comprised 124 students of the Bachelor of Psychology, of which 87.1% are female and 12.9% male, the average age now is 21 years. Data collection took place in three measurements: first semester, third and sixth. The instruments applied were the Execution Diagnostic Questionnaire Survey and Inventory of Habits and Study Skills. The results show that the trend is to reduce the mean and that there are significant differences in the strategies used especially in the first two measurements. It is noted that the planning strategy related to the most affected in the three times of assessment.
